Cenergy Power also provides customers with onsite monitoring systems so that details of their system's production of solar energy can be tracked at real time. At headquarters, the performance and health of your solar power system will be monitored 24 hours a day. If there is a problem, we will recognize it first and notify the affected customer promptly. Alternatively, systems with remote monitoring can be configured to automatically transmitted service alerts to the system owner via email or text message.

If you have specific concerns about your solar power system, just notify us and we will take those concerns seriously. We can compare current production with historic data to pinpoint problems and recommend the best course of action. We offer this service free to all of our customers as part of our warranty.
